Peace is Your Birth Right

Dear Friends,

Om Namo Bhagvatey Vasudevaya.

Let us chant this mantra 108 times to gain peace when we are alone . The mantra is invocation and remembrance of the almighty God which is the supreme power and Universal. Whether you are sitting quietly in a corner or travelling in a crowded bus, chant this mantra to calm down, to gain peace, to gain your composure.

Friends, the world is going through a dangerous situation. The youth of today is distressed, disturbed and highly obsessed. They are left alone to fight for their causes, their problems, their tensions as their elders are also facing the same. Who will guide and to whom.

Guatam Budhha had told his students before his departure from this world" To be their own Lighted Lamp means thier own guide, thier own support'". The same is applicable today.

In this materialistic world People have forgotten that money is only the means and not the end. Money can buy luxuries but not the happiness. Happiness comes from contentment, from a deeply satisfied heart,.

Happiness is not dependant on luxries. Here are some tips to be happy when feeling depressed:

1] Find a corner for your self. Sit with close eyes and try to remember your such memories which brought smiles in your life for exmaple when you drew that funny picture of your teacher, when you made someone April fool , when you put salt instead of sugar etc . Indulge in those memories for sometime.

2] Hum your favourite song. Dont listen it on audio-video. You yourself hum it whether your voice is good or bad. Dont mind yourself. Let others mind it , Ha,ha , ha.

3] Have a hearty laugh. Full blooded laughter.Loud and clear.

4] Chant the mantra given above for sometime if 108 times i not possible.

5] Share your distressed feelings with us thinking that you are not alone in this world.

Let us begin our interaction to bring peace and smiles in our lives. We shall continue to share our views to get the real peace and happiness.

Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti [ Let the peace be there.]
